Game Day Transportation
Please fill out the questionnaire above and we’ll follow up with a custom quote based on your pickup location and group size. We’re happy to get your group to the stadium early if you’d like to tailgate. If the kickoff time hasn’t been announced yet, we’ll contact you as soon as it is so we can schedule the best pickup time for your group!
We can accommodate groups of up to 14 in our Ford Transit, with multiple van options available upon request. All game-day transportation includes round-trip service and convenient drop-off/pick-up near the stadium.
Pricing varies depending on distance, group size, and game time. A deposit is required to secure your date, and the remaining balance is due prior to game day.

For night games, we do require departure shortly after the game ends due to post-game traffic and late-night driving safety concerns.

How early will we arrive before the game?
We typically get groups to Athens 2–3 hours before kickoff so you have plenty of time to tailgate, explore campus, or get to your seats early. If you want more or less time, just let us know.
Where do you drop us off?
We’ll drop you off either at your tailgate spot or as close to Sanford Stadium as possible—your choice.
Can we bring drinks in the van?
Yes! You’re welcome to bring coolers, snacks, and drinks for the ride.
Will the driver stay during the game?
That depends on your preference. We can either return for pickup after the game or have the driver stay in town and be ready when you are.
Do you offer one-way trips?
Yes, we can do one-way transportation either to or from Athens. Let us know what works best for your group.
What cities do you pick up from?
We offer pickup from anywhere within 1.5 hours of Athens. Common locations include Atlanta, Buford, Jefferson, Gainesville, Lake Oconee, Hartwell, Augusta, and Commerce.
To reserve your date, a 50% deposit is required. Cancellations made more than 90 days before the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 30 and 89 days prior will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount, but the deposit will be retained and only any additional amount paid beyond the deposit will be refunded. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are non-refundable.
